Axon another buy from another Indian company. Indian companies are leaving their mark all around the globe and this time Infosys is going to buy Axon a UK based company by 407 MN Euros (around 753.10 Million $)
As per the Infosys spoke person acquisition would “accelerate the achievement of some of Infosys’ current strategic corporate objectives, including the continued expansion consulting capabilities”

Axon Revenue of Q1 of 2007 – 204.5 MN Pounds
Axon Profit for same Quarter – 20.2 MN Pounds
Axon founded in 1994 and today Axon expanded its business and offices in UK, North America, Malaysia and Australia
All paper works and formalities of Axon acquisition will be completed in November.
