Well in various part of this world especially in Asian Countries people are still using Internet Explorer and this is common problem - internet explorer cannot open the internet site.
But do you know that old version of Internet Explorer is really slow while surfing the internet. There are many other web browser which can give you the experience of fast downloading even in that speed and you will never see this message again ... internet explorer cannot open the internet site.
