Certainly youtube is quite a useful website for all age groups. For elderly people, there are much old soap, serials and their era movies. For young generation there are tons of gaming channels, music videos and movies and for the kids, there are cartoon channels, craft channels and kids drawing channels as well.
But as a parent, you need to keep an eye on what your kids are watching on youtube. There are many videos which can be not appropriate as per their age. So instead of letting them to search, you should create a playlist at where they can watch only those videos which you selected for them.
For example, if there is a drawing project for your kids like How to draw a Dolphin, then you should create a playlist of different videos related to drawing dolphin only. Open such playlist for them and let them watch. In this way, they won’t be able to see other unrelated videos.
This kind of trick is not limited to the only drawing, you can save their favorite cartoon channels or craft channels videos in this way.
